Motivation Letter

Firstly, I think ESC volunteering programs will bring many benefits. They will help me develop myself and take part in useful projects for society. I will also have the chance to cooperate with people from different cultures and nationalities. Secondly, I am ready to join a volunteering program because I want to help others and take part in interesting activities. Small actions can create big changes. In teamwork, I like supporting colleagues, sharing responsibilities, and creating a positive atmosphere. I understand communication and cooperation are important, so I take responsibility. then, I took part in an Erasmus+ project with 50 people from 7 countries. It improved my communication skills and helped me understand different opinions, making me more open to new ideas. So I am sure volunteering will be very useful for me in same way. In conclution, I would like to be part of a project, do my best, learn with others, and create a positive impact on team.
