Most often in big cities such as Thessaloniki people lose connection with nature. There are different factors that influence this disconnection. The one factor that we decided to focus on is the problem of not knowing where the “green” natural areas are in which people can enjoy and relax.
This Saturday Eleni and I visited 21 locations that are amazing places to visit. All of the locations are either close to the Thessaloniki’s center or are in the surrounding areas. But all of them represent natural jewells that every city needs.
After we made incredible photos from locations, we made QR codes with exact locations that open in Google maps once you scan it so it is easier for people to find them. My personal favourites are Pasha’s garden, Elaiorema and Platanakia.
